I purchased a subscription on the website
If you have a bought a subscription with us that was not purchased via the App, you can take a simple step to link your subscription so that you can access the App.
Firstly make sure the App is downloaded and with the latest version. Then you will be asked to log in:
Please login using your email address and password you used to purchase your subscription with, then once logged in you will be able to access our content.
I want to purchase a subscription through the App
You can subscribe to our digital plans by going to the settings tab within your App
Follow the steps to subscribe and then click 'Link Subscription' when you see this pop up:
I already purchased a subscription through the App (Pre March 2024)
Existing subscribers of the App may not have access to our website before our migration to a new platform in August 2023. If you have a subscription to the App, you can take the below steps to get full access to our website.
Please go to the Settings tab within Account, and click on Link Subscription
You will then be promoted to login again with your credentials and your subscription will be linked.
You should now have access to our content across the website and our App. Your Account page should now reflect 'You have an active subscription'
